9 month picture sneak peak

I feel like I have been posting like crazy this week. It has been a week chocked full of new things. Along with crawling and clapping, Annie had her 9 month photos this morning and started cutting her first tooth. I have sworn for months that she is cutting teeth but it is actually true this time.
I say this after every photo shoot but these are my favorite. I LOVE our photographer. Brooke captures Annie even when Annie is not feeling like Annie. She didn't smile a lick today yet the photos are incredible. Below is the sneak peak. They are also available on our photographers blog (www.kristaleephotography.blogspot.com). We can't wait to see the rest of the pictures.

Creeping Crawler

Annie finally did it. For months I have thought any day could be the day that Annie started to crawl. This morning was it. I am so incredibly thankful because next week I leave her with my mom in Mississippi so that my sister and I can go visit our brother in New York City. I just knew that she would crawl while I was away. At least I get to see her all weekend. By the time I return, she will probably be a pro (and into EVERYTHING). This has been a big week for us. Along with learning to clap and crawl, Annie finally has enough hair to wear a hair bow. She wore a pink gingham check one to school today and looked so precious. I have a picture and will try to post it later. The little boy at school this morning kept trying to pull it out. He thought this was hysterical. Hopefully, she will learn to crawl away from him!!! We are so proud of our adorable little peanut! She is growing up way too fast.

Hooray for Annie

Annie sometimes freezes when we bring out the video camera, therefore we can't post all the hilarious things she is up to. We were successful in taping her stand up last month but forgot to share. Last night we caught her walking (no-no-not by herself yet) and clapping. We are still trying to catch her doing the motor boat. I wish I could have had her swim lesson on video today. While all the other children were crying, Annie was splashing water on them, blowing bubbles, and being a real ham. At the end of our lesson, Mr. Ron said "Good job Annie.....bye bye". Naturally, Annie clapped for herself and waved. It could not have been more choreographed. Check out our videos!

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood

The weather recently has been perfect. We have taken advantage by taking lots of walks and playing on the playground with our friends. Below are the pictures of Annie playing with Caleb and Addison on the swingset.

Thanks for letting us borrow your hat, Caleb
